Problems downloading the updates

I am having problems updating or downloading windows
update. I get a error message while it is updating
telling be to go to windows 2000 wervice pack web site and
click on problems downloading without interent
connection. It seems as though I am not having a problem
downloading the updates it when it is installing my
interent connection (peoplepc) shut down. What can I do
to get this updates?

If you have a dial up connection try just downloading the updates two at a
time. It might take longer but in the long run it
will save you grief. Also, check here
