Problems Downloading the Service Pack

Windows 2000 svc pack sp4 wont download. The error message
I get when I try is; Contact Windows 2000 Svc Pack Web
Site and go to "Problems Downloading The Service Pack" I
can't seem to find that site or that solution...any help
would be appreciated!
