Problems downloading Norton 360 2008

Hi

This is my 1st posting, I am hoping that someone can help me, I am trying to
download Norton 360 and each time get the error 9999.15. I am using Vista
and had the same problem with Macafee, so decided to try Norton.

I have read that there seem to be problems with Norton anyway and perhaps
this was not a sound purchase.

Have been talking to Norton Technical support with no success, not getting
desperate and can't find a way over this.

Can anyone help
