Problems displaying Internet Explorer on Screen

I am having a problem when I launch IE, It shows launched
and running on the bottom scroll bar but when I click on
the icon, the "icon" shoots to the upper right and
disappears. When I click on the scroll bar showing it's
running, it shoots back. This is odd as it occurs on
several of the user names setup on XP, but not on all.
All settings seem correct. Any ideas would be very much
appreciated?

What scroll bar are you clicking?

After it shoots up to the upper right, right click the taskbar icon and
select Move. Use the left and down arrows to move it onscreen.
