Problems deleting software

I am having trouble deleting a piece of software that I
downloaded to my computer. It is called command anti
virus and came free with a computer magazine

Everytime I try and delete it the following message
appears ;

Error deleting file or folder
Cannot delete at170 Access is denied
Make sure the disk is not full or write protected and
that the file is not currently in use

Anybody got any ideas how I can get rid of this. I've
being trying for ages

Have you turn off the Anti-Virus program before trying to remove it ? It might think that a virus is trying to disable it. Give it a try

If the application is running, tell it to stop.

Then "delete" it via Control Panel, "Add/Remove Programs"
