One of the websites I host was recently hacked and some
folders were created containing hundreds of megs of
Crap. I created the guy a new directory deadfish,
disabled the iis for the directory that was hacked
deadfishcharters and now, I am trying to delete the
directory deadfishcharters under wwwroot and when I try
it says cannot delete the directory is not empty. If I
click on the directory it shows 4 folders. If I try to
delete the 4 folders it says Cannot delete file. Cannot
read from the source file or disk. I have tried
everything I know to try and have did a search on the
knowledge base to no avail. I have tried reassigning
permissions etc. Anyone got any ideas?

Not only do you want to delete the files, you also want to figure out how it
was done, or else it will happen again very soon.

I bet you're not running a firewall. www.kerio.com www.sygate.com and
www.zonealarm.com are all free firewalls.

You may also have to uninstall IIS FTP and/or web services if you're not
meaning to run a web or FTP server on your computer.

As far as deleting the files, see the FAQ:

And to look for other signs of more serious hacking and other things to do
to secure your system:
