Problems Crunching?

Just downloaded the latest Boinc crunching software as my last lot was old.
I'm crunching only Help Conquer Cancer and every few minutes get the following come up.
"suspending computation - cpu usage to high"
But nothing else is running that i know of???

Any thought, views or help crunchers?

Seems they added a new feature a while ago. All is explained in the above linky, so hope it will help.
