Problems creating new stationery

When I try to create a new stationery with our company logo/address in it,
I'm not getting expected results.
I tried saving our letterhead with logo and address in header as an .htm
file, but stationery created that way is blank. Why?
I also tried inserting graphic (.jpg & .gif formats) but it it dups the
graphic throuhout the page instead of just putting it in once and i don't see
where/how to change how it handles graphics.
Suggestions ... PLEASE!!!

The built in Stationery creator is a bit limited. I'd suggest trying any of
the numerous freeware Outlook Stationery Creator programs available. Here are
