problems creating a custom form template in outlook BCM

I am trying to create a customized form to use for our business in Outlook's
BCM 2003. I have been unable to work with it effectively. Does someone know
where I can find training or help on this speciafic area?

Download BCM2007.

This is just too much pain in 2003 though possible while 2007 makes it
intuitive.
