HELP! I have a new computer in December, this is the first time I have tried
to connect to the internet, and I am unable to. I get "No Page to Display"
every time. I called tech support and they said it was a problem with my
computer in that I "Cannot connect to the outside world". My computer will
not ping with any internet sites or providers. Is there some setting I can
change, do I need to reinstall Windows XP? I am at a loss. Can anyone help
me?!

It sounds like you have not setup the internet connection correctly.
Do you know what internet service provider you are using? Make sure you have
been through all their setup guide!
