Problems after SP1 Install

Ever since I installed SP1 I get the following messages and problems every
time I restart my computer:
Message: Please wait while Windows configures Destinations.
Message: The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is
unavailable. (Looking for: APPDATA\LOCAL\TEMP\7zSEIEE.tmp\SETUP\DESTINATIONS\)
Message: An installation package for the product Destinations cannot be
found. Try the installation again using a valid copy of the installation
package "Destinations.msi".

Also, my Sigmatel Audio Control panel comes up every restart with question
marks.

It starts my USB powered hub in overload.

None of this was happening prior to installing SP1.

Question: What the hell is Destinations? I never saw it before SP1 and don't
even know what it is.

Thanks. At least that mayanswer the myth of Destinations. Now I have to
figure out the rest.
