I suggest creating a new Outlook profile, then adding just the main .pst
file you backed up for her - do not open the archive.pst yet. If you still
don't see the current e-mails, then I'm afraid either the .pst file is
corrupt or the .pst file was not backed up off of her previous machine
correctly...

| Both files are in her new computer C drive and I do complete the
| export/import process but when I open up Outlook all I see is her Archive
| emails from 2 moths ago. I don't see her current emails. Even is I do
