problems after installing service pack 2

Since I installed service pack 2, I can't send and receive email through Outlook 2002. I've confirmed with my ISP that my settings are all correct. I can send and receive mail through my on-line account, but cannot retrieve/send them through Outlook. I have tried repairing Outlook to no avail. I tried sending and receiving through Outlook Express, but that didn't work either. Since trying that I can't even open Outlook! Please help.
