Problems adding contact manager

I purchased office 2007 without Contact Manager. I then purchased a copy of
Outlook with Contact Manager. I loaded the Contact Manager Outlook on top of
the non Contact Manager. I moved many names into the new contact manager and
they work fine. The remaining files have been reduced to only names and
email address except one name that still contains all the inserted
information. How can I get this to work properly?

Also at times, when I try to close Outlook I get the message that Outlook is
refusing to close and the software is working to close. It may take 5
minutes for it to close. Any Ideas?

I had the Outlook not closing for a long time problem for a few months
last year, on a machine wthout BCM, and then it went away, perhaps
with a service pack or some bad data getting deleted. Try an Outlook
newsgroup. They're more likely to know.
