Problems Accessing Windows Update

I am having a problem when attempting to run Windows
Update after installing sp4 on my PC's running Windows
2000. Instead of going to the
side "http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/en/default.asp"
when selecting Windows Update I go
to "http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/en/thanks.asp".
Does anyone know what the deal is with this?
