Problems accessing network shares

Hello all:

We have a problem accesing network shares mapped via logon script. Wen we
try to access the network letter it says access denied. But if we do, mouse
right button "explore" over the letter it works fine. Also if we try
accessing the unc path. It happens with an xp machine accesing a 2003 server.
It only happens with some users and some paths, other paths in the same
machine works fine. User trying to access is a domain admin. What can will be
happening???
If we check the effective permissions for the users it says full control.
