Problem?

When i am online (AOL) my system freezes, then i can't get back online until i try to restart. But when i try to restart system i get the message "saving your settings" so i have to reboot. All is then ok until next the time. I am uptodate with Microsoft's updates. I have run Norton 2004 antivirus and that tells me i am virus free. Anyone know what the problem could be?
 
might be the AOL software you are using, are you curtain you are using the
most up to date version of AOL? try disabling the antivirus, or try to scan
your computer for spyware, if you want to know more about spyware visit
