I can can get on to internet explorer to connect to my
high speed. I called them(Comcast)and they said it is a
microsoft problem. Please help....

You didn't mention what system you have or whether it "Used to work" and has
now stopped.

If you just changed to Comcast there may be configuration problems but it's
quite likely that spyware / parasites could be involved. We don't have much
to go on from what you said.

Read up on these links and see if anything sounds familiar... sorry it's a
bit of a chore but if you do have a spyware problem you're going to have to
go down this road eventually. If it got you once it will get you again if
you revisit the page that did it...
