I don`t know how to move my task bar

Usually left-click and drag. Where is the taskbar now?

left click on an empty spot, hold the click,drag to left or right or up and you should see it move there then release.

First, r-click an empty place on the taskbar and unlock it. Then, click and
drag it to wherever you want. R-click again and re-lock it.
