Depends how you received DirectCD.
If you purchased it directly from Roxio or their software resellers, contact Roxio support.
If you got it with your burner (OEM version) - contact support of your burner.
Assuming the DirectCD is part of the Easy CD Creator 5,
you need an update from Roxio. The newest, 5.3.5,
includes just about every drive available. Unfortunately,
their site is down for repair right now :-(
I had to update in steps - I apparently couldn't jump to
5.3.5 without the versions inbetween.
