Gee, you asked so nicely that i couldn't help but respond:
Psst: it's a newsgroup, not a formal environment.

The answer will depend on what you are referring to when you say "parts". 2
extra partitions? 2 extra directories? The hidden and read only "boot.ini"
file in your primary active root partition is the file that is read to
display the startup boot menu. In order to modify the file, you need to
change it's attributes. I'ld suggest using explorer's tools menu + options
to show hiiden files and modify attributes from there.

To modify the contents of the file, you need to read up a little on ARC
conventions:
http://www.labmice.net/Windows2000/install/bootini.htm

As always, backup the file before playing with it. And you need to be 100%
sure which ARC entry is the one you need to keep.

If the "parts" are extra Windows directories, the boot.ini file and testing
the available menu options will dictate which one is good and which ones to
dump. If you find a "Windows0000" directory as the only viable boot
directory and you wish to start from scratch and reinstall, i say do it:
format + reinstall clean. Renaming that directory is not an option
otherwise.

If by "parts" you meant hard drive partitions, then use W2K's disk
management and reformat the drive partitions(s).

If you hit a wall, write back...
