Office XP on Windows XP professional (all service packs
installed.)
When I set the print area, I choose to fit 1 page wide and
two pages tall, but the preview shows the contents as a
tiny little image on the centre of the page.
I then choose 'page break' view and try to move the page
lines, but get an error message that warns about changing
the margins below 10%.
If I close Excel and then re-open and try the print
preview again, the print job displays properly and is set
to 1 page wide and 2 pages tall.
This happens on a number of spreadsheets I use and doesn't
happen to anyone else in the office, also it is not a
regular problem and may only happen once a week or even
once a fortnight.
