Problem with youtube and spotify

My sisters pc has a problem she tried to run the music site Spotify on her pc and it comes up with a box that says that file was blocked because it doesn’t have a valid internet signature – and can’t bypass that by installing certificate. On the download instruction page for that site it tells you to click run but there isn’t an option to do that it just tells you there’s a security warning and the only option is to click ok.



The same happens with youtube clips - I just don’t get it!!!!
