problem with word xp in terminal services

Office XP sp1 & sp2 installed on a windows 2000 member
server terminal server.
All is fine at first, after 30 - 40 minutes word grinds
to a halt or very slow pace. If the user logs out of
terminal server & logs back in again, all is fine for
about 30 minutes again.

Please help.

Someone here may know ... but this newsgroup more about "using" Word
than on the systems side--especially for a termianl server. If you want
newsgroup guidance, suggest you try on terminal server groups, e.g.
microsoft.public.windowsnt.terminalserver.*

Clearly there something is going wrong with the terminal server, or
perhaps the terminal server client software.

Based on my [frustrating] experience with making NT-based terminal
servers work properly, seek out expert guidance. Start with the
administrator of this box (if it isn't you). They are complicated
beasts sometimes.
