problem with windows mail (how to delete it)

the windows mail automaticly open when i use windows and when i close it it
open in 1 second and i f i minimize it ,it maximize automaticly and it bother
me .

You can't/shouldn't delete it but you can ensure it doesn't start
by using Autoruns to manage your system start up.

i make what you say but windows mail still running like a splash message or advertisement on internet explorer

Go into Control Panel / Default Programs
and ensure Windows Mail is not mentioned anywhere.
