Problem with Windows 2003 Shared Fax

After installing the shared fax service on the WIn2003 server which is also
an ADC. I noticed that when I start the Fax Service Manager it comes up with
the error
"Could not open a connection to the fax service.

The fax service might not be started, or the computer name might be
incorrect"

The service manager shows it is running , logged in as a Network service
though.

When trying to connect with a WinXP client it also come sup with an error.

Could you check that the following privileges are enabled for NETWORKSERVICE
on the DC
1. Adjust memory quotas for a process
2. Generate security audits
3. Log on as a service
4. Replace a process level token

Thanks Vinod,

That's the first time in over 6 months that someone has been able to
help me resolve this problem.
