Using Project VGREP I found that KAV detects several variants of
Trojan.Win32.DiskMaster where McAfee alerts as W32/zonit.gen

Following up on the DiskMaster Trojan name I was led to this:

http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/backdoor.dister.html

Now, this might miss by a mile or it might be a direct enough hit that
you can use the info to disable the Trojan (there are apparently
enough similarities in several Trojans that scanners might alert in
various ways . Misidentification is a real problem here.)

It would be interesting to see how KAV alerts on your diskserv.exe
file. Why not upload it to KAV's file scanner and see?

Try to go in safe mode or in dos and then try to delete this file.
