Problem with using ``Protect Document`` for e forms

This is my first attempt at creating an e form for others to complete
on-line. I have used a combination of radio buttons, text boxes, and `click
here to enter text` in the form. There`s no problem completing the form when
it is unprotected but when I protect it the text boxes and the `click here`
boxes work fine until a radio button is clicked. At that point no more text
can be added to the `click here` boxes.
I have very little technical knowledge so, if you can help, please keep it
simple.

The simple solution is not to mix form field types. Use the legacy form
fields (as used in Word 2003 and earlier). See
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customization/FillinTheBlanks.htm and
especially the forms tutorials by Dian Chapman that this article links to.

For check boxes to work like radio buttons see

With Word 2007 see also

I was notified by Microsoft that someone had posted a "help" to my inquiry,
but when I opened the notification nothing was there. Hope you will try and
send the post again. Thanks!
