I have Office Professional 2003 SP3 on XP Pro SP2.
Microsoft(R) Office Excel 2003 (11.8169.8172) SP3
In the last week something has changed so that I am unable to use named
ranges in the Name Box.
If I create a named range in a new spreadsheet, by selecting several cells
and then add a name in the name box, the named range is created.
If I select a named range, I get a popup:
Microsift Office Excel has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are
sorry for the inconvenience.
The error signature includes:
AppName: excel.exe AppVer 11.0.8169.0 AppStamp:465f27bd
ModName: user32.dll ModVer: 5.1.2600.3099 ModStamp:45f02d7c
fDebug: 0 Offset 00023bf3
Has anyone else seen this or found a solution.
Thanks,
Norm
