Problem with USB host controler

So ive come to realize that XP wont let you change the IRQ
that specific USB host controlers use. However, I need to
figure out a way to change the IRQ anyway since I need to
get my video card on an IRQ by itself, and my BIOS does
not let me change the IRQ of the AGP slot.

Is there a registry hack or some other way to force a
specific USB device to load on a different IRQ?
