problem with updating Office XP Service Pack 3

Hi,
I can not install the Office XP Service Pack 3 update. I am using Windows XP
professional 2002, and Office 2002.
When i download the file doesn´t seem any problem, but when i try to install
it I can´t.

Can anyone give me some light?

Hi, we don't deal with XPPro here. Try in .general rather than .embedded
