Hi - I'm trying to update Windows, and during the
installation of SP4, I get an error message saying that
c:\arcsetup.exe is running already and needs to be shut
down. It's nowhere to be found in the root directory,
though I did find it in
windows\winNT\servicepackfiles\i386. Moved it, restarted,
ran update again, same problem. I also checked the task
manager and couldn't find it running.
My computer *was* infected with the MSBlast worm, but I
removed it with Semantec's removal tool, and re-ran the
virus check and I'm clean. Any ideas? I really need this
update. Thanks.
