Problem with the column width

Hello,
I have added one more column to the table (by copy and paste
existing column).
In design window that column width is the same as other columns but in
explorer that column shrinks to 'autofit' width.

How to correct that?

Check you column width values, and make sure the total widths of all columns
equal 100% of the table width.
