Problem with Text not lining up in text boxes in Powerpoint 2007

Since I have started using PP 2007, I cannot get the text to line up with the
cursor inside of text boxes. This makes layout next to impossible. When I
open powerpoints created by others, all of the text alignment is off the
slide. How do I fix this to line up the way it was orginally created without
having to go slide-by-slide, text box by text box? There must be a fix for
this but I find noting on the Microsoft site for this.

I have the same problem and is incredible Microsoft has not say something
about this important problem.

In my office the problem is the same in all computers with PP 2007

Please help us.

The link posted before is was not helpfull. it does not mention this
specific problem at all.

Set a Microsoft approved printer driver as default and restart Power
Point. It doesn't matter if you have a real printer hooked up or not
it just needs an approved printer driver defaulted. Follow the other
links on this page for more detailed instructions.

Hi.

I already read it, since my last post. This suggestion is not about
this problem.
Is not a printer problem.
Please let me know if there is a solution for this
Thanks

Is not a printer problem.

Correct, but it is about a printer DRIVER problem far more often than not.
I second Echo's suggestion, the ball is in your court. :-)

Yes, and it would be good to try the driver used specifically in that FAQ,
because it's pretty generic and has resolved similar problems for a number
of users.

Here is the FAQ link again:
