Problem with Synctoy installation

I have tried to install Synctoy and keep getting a message - "Error
reading from file Setup.msi. Verify that file exists and that you can
access it." Can anyone give me any suggestions as to why that happens?

It isn't present on the installation media?

Thanks for your reply but I guess it was a problem with the download
software I was using, so I've got it working now. Thanks anyway.
 
I get the exact same error message, even after downloading three different
times and running the setup program. Any suggestions?
