problem with "Switchboard"

hi friends i am happy that all of you help me all the time i really
appreciate it thankx in advance.

i am facing a problem , i have designed a swtichboard for my project the
project is working perfectly but the time i put my switchboard in the startup
i check off the options such as full menu etc and now i need to change
something in a particular table but i can get to the design windows because
there is no design button etc. so how to get to design view now to do some
changes.

A couple of choices, depending on how thoroughly you turned things off:

1. Press F11 to open the database window.
2. Hold down the SHIFT key as the database is opening to bypass your startup
settings.
