Problem with submission

Hi,

We're having trouble with a submission that seems to be stuck in the
"waiting for upload" state and not allowing further submissions (it's
been that way since 7/19). We're also having trouble getting a response
from WHQL support (and the one or two people I know up there aren't
answering their emails either, hence the appeal to the group :-).

Could someone in an appropriate area of WHQL/Winqual up there contact me
off group at (e-mail address removed) so we can figure out what's going on?

Do you get any error messages?
Have you tried one of the other winqual sites (eg. Europe?)

I submitted a driver that week too, and then needed to prod the WHQLDT
email address a couple of times to resolve the "pending" status after
seven working days. I guess they're still ironing out issues with the
new procedures on the new site.
