Problem with START menu - Win 2000 Prof

I am using Win2000 Prof and just now, I clicked on "START" to shut it
down. However, instead of the usual menu... RUN, SEARCH, etc., I get
WINDOWS UPDATE, MICROSOFT UPDATE and SET PROGRAM ACCESS AND DEFAULT.

Anyone know how to get it back to original?

I posted 2 screen captures at alt.binaries.crafts.pictures. (I couldn't
find any binary groups related to computers that are being used.) One
is a screen capture of this computer -- the other is of an Win98
computer showing what should be on this one.
