problem with spyware

have downloaded spyware.since scanning i keep getting
message popup.Microsoft antispyware notice keep removing
all as it says but just keeps popping up every
second.what do i do to stop this

What does it say, could you give us some more specifics? It would be of
greater help. Restart in safe mode, on scan page of Microsoft AntiSpyware >
click Scan Options > Full System Scan (check the boxes below) > click "Run
Scan Now".
