My colleaque has installed Spy Boat on her pc and she's
having a problem with IE..cannot open some of the link.
She tried to uninstall Spy Boat but could not find it in
Add/Remove Program.
Is there any way that she can remove the spy boat?

Is it Spybot Search and Destroy, or is it this Spy Boat as you've written?
If it is a program which is truly called Spy Boat, I'd sink it with a
U-Boat! Surely you meant Spybot Search and Destroy. In case you are in
error, see the site below for possible clues.

Now, Installing Spybot S&D isn't the problem; what is the problem is having
it clean *everything* it detects. You should *only* have Spybot S & D clean
items which are displayed in *Red*, and only Red.

DO THIS: Start Spybot search and destroy, and on the main page click the
recovery button. Let it replace (to recover and restore to what it was
previously) whatever was cleaned. Then see if your links work.
