Hi Pandot,
1=> Open the Windows Explorer and click to expand the C:\ Partition or* My
Computer* then click on [+] Plus beside windows to expand down then click on
[+] plus beside System32 to expand down and click on the [+] plus beside
* drivers* to expand, then on [+] plus beside * etc * and look in the Right
Pane you will see two HOSTS file.
Your path will look like this: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc open the
Hosts file by Double clicking on it and select open with notepad and see what
entries there to the pre-mentioned sites if there remove them.
The default Hosts file without entries looks like this:
######################################################
# Copyright (c) 1994-1999 Microsoft Corp.
#
# This is a sample HOSTS file used by Microsoft TCP/IP for Windows.
#
# This file contains the mappings of IP addresses to host names. Each
# entry should be kept on an individual line. The IP address should
# be placed in the first column followed by the corresponding host name.
# The IP address and the host name should be separated by at least one
# space.
#
# Additionally, comments (such as these) may be inserted on individual
# lines or following the machine name denoted by a '#' symbol.
#
# For example:
#
# 102.54.94.97 rhino.acme.com # source server
# 38.25.63.10 x.acme.com # x client host

127.0.0.1 localhost

#############################################

2= If removing the entries, if it did exist doesn't help try to rename your
HOSTS file to Hosts.old but not the one with the
extension * .SAM * leave this alone.
Open a Run by click on Start button on your desktop and open Run Command and
type this (you can copy as it is by cut/copy and past) :
ipconfig /flushdns and click [OK]

Reboot and see if your Issue will resolve.

3=> To Open IE Properties Window click on Control panel and Double click on
Network and Internet Connections then double click on Internet Options and
you will see these options:
General | Security | Privacy | Content | Connections | Programs | Advanced

Click On Advanced Tab scroll down under Browsing Option and uncheck:
[ ] Enable Third Party Browser extension (requi rs) uncheck this box

= Click on Programs Tab and go through your Add-Ons and Disable Non MS
and see if that will help, then you can renable them and see which one the
culprit if any.
= On the same Tab click Reset Web Settings click OK and Reboot your
machine.
Be sure your computer is clean from malwares and viruses and clear your
caches and delete your cookies.
HTH.
Please let us know your result.

Hi Pandot,
= Try to scan for Viruses from another vendor other than your Softwares to
be sure all clean, my guess is your computer may be infected and this file
been damaged.

= If the scan come back Okay then try this:
open Run Command and type this:
sfc /scannow click [OK] and get your XP CD handy to insert it if it asked
you so.
Reboot your computer and see if the file still gives you the error message.

= Another is to delete and replace it with a new one, to delete it locate in
your system directories and delete.
like this for ex: C:\XP\I386 directory.

Is your websites working now but only this error message you receive?, or
still the same issue.
P.S do you have the latest Java version installed on your computer?.
HTH.
Please let us know.
