problem with sending messages

I can't sand mail after editing it - first I have to restart Windows Mail and
it's send after starting. My button send/recive doesn't work and third
problem is that there is no number of messages in outbox, before sending new
mail and there is still (1) after sending.
Any help!?

Do you have either McAfee or Norton antivirus installed? They are
incompatible with Windows Mail. Uninstall the antivirus to see if
that will cure the problem.

I have Norton. I will uninstall it but what bout my antivirus protection?

After you get your email working, download and install the free
Avast antivirus: http://www.avast.com/eng/avast_4_home.html

Be sure to turn off the option for email scanning.
