I have just installed windows 2000 and i installed an ISDN card on the machine (Billion ISDN). The isdn card is installed properly because i have tested it for any hardware problems with the included utility program.

My problem is that when i go to set up a new connection, under the set up new-connection area of network connections the selection connection to the internet with ISDN or Modem is greyed out and the other selection that asks for the internet connection using either ISDN or Modem does not let me select the ISDN card.

I hope my explaination is clear enough.... I dont understand why i can not find this ISDN card that i installed even though it shows up that it is installed properly... also i have uninstalled the card serveral times too.

thanks for ur help

Is there any included software (besides the utility you used to see if it
was there) to configure it? I'm very rusty on ISDN & had only ever used an
Ethernet card & an ISDN modem....does the mfr's website/doc offer any help?
