problem with security activation windows

I have 2 hard disk. 1 is 40 GB with 2 partitions. One more is 10 GB with 2
partitions, when I buy a new 40 GB hard disk and remove the 10 GB hard disk
and I have total 80 GB hard disk. Problem is why my windows want me to
activation a windows program in 3 day. For u knowledge I already use this cd
key 3 times. Because my windows have a virus before.

For whatever reason, the activation needs to be repeated. Run the activation wizard, you may need to use the telephone option to complete the activation, but re-activation should not be a problem.
