I have spent over 4 hours with 4 diff techs with HP
because I bought an all in one HP. In the end they
decided it is a microsoft xp problem and gave me an
article #320549. So I loaded the article, Microsoft
admits there is a problem and claim to have a fix and
give a link to contact them... yet there is NOOOOOO phone
number to actually contact microsoft... they just send me
back to Dell which is what I bought with XP on it. I am
tired of going around and around wasting all of my
valuable time because microsoft apparently can't be
bothered to provide proper customer service, definitely
makes on want to go Mac. If Microsoft has the fix that
it claims to have then what the heck is it???
Thanks in advance for any and all help
