I get the following statement when trying to Save Movie:

"Windows Movie Maker cannot save the movie in the specified location.
Verify that the original source files that you use in your movie are still
available,
that the saving location is still available, and there is enough free space
available, and then try again."

But all the issues stated above are checked and found to be correct. What
should I do? I cant save any file produced.

Thanks

Hello,

Do you have any still images in your project that are NOT bitmaps? if yes
convert them to bitmaps and try again (JPeg's can cause this problem). If this
simple solution is not the answer you need please say so giving a list of all
file types in your project

There is only 1 file and it is Windows Media Video/Audio File

I was just trying to trim the video but Movie Maker cannot save it.

Hello,

You cannot save your new file with the same location AND name as your old file.

You need approx double the size of the file as free space...so if the new file
is 1GB you need roughly 2 GB free hard drive.

What format are you saving it in....and did you create the original file on
that machine
