Problem with report wizard in Win2K?

Anyone know why the report wizard would not work in Win2K Pro? It worked
fine in 98SE, but since moving to Win2K Pro, when I click on the report
creation wizard it just gives me a brief busy hourglass and quits. I've
tried the 'detect & repair' function, reinstallation, complete removal and
reinstallation of both Access and the entire Office suite with no results,
so am wondering if this is caused by some setting in Win2K or ????

Don't know if it matters but this is on an Asus P4T board with Intel P4,
512M RDRam, 25g free on the drive, and Windows 2000 Pro (sp4), with the most
recent updates from MS as of yesterday.

Forgot to mention it's Access 2000 and Office 2000.
