Problem with References

Hi,
I am working with word 2007. I am writing thesis report, I need to make
hyperlink for a particular text and can be updated if I change the caption.

for example
This is a paragraph taken from microsoft.com [1]
this is second paragraph taken from Google[2]

References
[1] www.microsoft.com
[2] www.google.com

And if I changed any reference they can be updated,I need help I could
not find help for this problem
