I have WindowsXP with an Intel 4pentium 1.72GHz, 512Mb RAM.
I have just installed a video card, a "Digital Terrestrial TV / Analogue TV
tuner card" VideoMate DVB-T300.
I have it up and running displaying old movies from an Analogue "Sony
Handycam 330x", but when I try to record a video to a file I get an error
message "FAILED TO BUILD A PREVIEW GRAPH".
What does this mean? There is no reference to this error in the help menus.
Also, I am required to install a provided "Internal Audio Patch Cable" so
as to be able to hear analogue audio, and the installation instructions say
to plug the end in to the "AUX-IN" port of the sound card. But I can't
find such a port. The only things close to this on the motherboard manual
are "CD IN" and "MODEM IN". Can I plug into the "MODEM IN" port since this
is no longer used now that I have an external modem?
