Problem with Printing Return Address

My envelopes merge and print well until I try to print a return address. Below the return address, a solid line prints from the return address to the bottom of the address. It does not seem to be a printer error because regular pages and envelopes with no return address are fine.

This is one of those problems that is extremely difficult to diagnose - but
see if inserting a return address by the alternative method suggested at
http://www.gmayor.com/Alternative_Return_Addresses.htm cures the problem.
